An advance deposit of $250 is required with all reservations of the Lodge, and $75 for the Cabins.
This is a refundable deposit if cancelling requirements are met. The balance is due 60 days before reservation date for the Lodge and 30 prior for the cabins, unless for major events. Then all balances are due 60 days before your reservation date.
Reservations must be canceled 60 days prior
for the Lodge, 30days prior for the cabins. If it is for a special event then a 60 days cancelation is required.
If less than 2 weeks required notice is given by the
reserving party you will be responsible for the entire reservation amount, unless we can rebook the facility. If rebooked a refund minus
the deposit of $45 will be given.
If Booking the Kettle Cabin full payment will be required at least 30 days prior to the reservation date. If making the reservation less than 30 days from your date, full payment is required at time of booking.This can be done by check, money order or charge.
Check in is after 3:00 p.m. unless prior
arrangements have been made. Check in procedures will be sent to you the week before your stay. IF you have any special requests, please give us two weeks notice.
All of our facilities are all smoke free . A $200 fee will be applied to if you smoke in any of our facilities. Plus you are subject to a $1200 fine by the State of MN.
Pets are allowed with some restrictions in the cabins. This must be approved and confirmed at time of reservation. A $20 fee is required per pet.

Group rentals are our specialty. We host only one group at a time, so you have the place all to yourselves. There are no others to plan your meetings around or anyone to get in the way of your fun.
