An advance deposit of $45 is required with a reservation.
This may be done by mail or with a Check or Money Order, at least
2 weeks prior to reservation, or with a MasterCard or Visa. This is a non refundable deposit.
Reservations must be canceled 5 days prior
for the B&B, 10 days prior for the cabins. If it is for a special event then a 30 days cancelation is required If less than the required notice is given by the
reserving party you will be responsible for the entire room charge unless your
room can be rebooked. If the room is rebooked a refund minus
the deposit of $45 will be given.
If Booking the Kettle Cabin you will need to pick up the key at the B&B. If you do not wish to do this payment will be required at least 2 weeks prior to the reservation date. This must be done by check or money order.
Check in is between 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. unless prior
arrangements have been made. We are just a small family run business, not a 24/7 hotel, so please be as accurate as you can be about your arrival time. If you arrive an hour or more after the time given 5% additional charges may apply. If you are running late please call to avoid charges.
All of our facilities are all smoke free . A $200 fee will be applied to if you smoke in any of our facilities. Plus you are subject to a $1200 fine by the State of MN.
Pets are allowed in our cabins if they are well behaved and the owners agree to pick up after them and keep them off of the furniture. Confirm this at time of reservation. A $20 fee is required per pet.
